Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ridgeline Cyber Defence ("we", "us", "our") is committed to providing high-quality digital products and implementation services. This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations for both product purchases and service engagements.
1. Digital Products — No Refund After Delivery
Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable digital content are final once delivered.
By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing the files, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives any right to cancel once supply begins.
No refund is available for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Deciding you no longer need the product
- Finding the product unsuitable after download
- Purchasing the wrong product
Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate.
2. Implementation Services — Cancellation
- Before delivery: You may cancel the engagement at any time before the completed documentation is delivered to you. If you cancel after payment but before delivery, your payment will be refunded in full.
- After delivery: Once the customised documentation has been delivered, no refund is available. The deliverables are digital products created specifically for your organisation and cannot be returned.
- Revision cycle: One round of revisions is included in every service engagement. If you do not provide revision feedback within the timeframe specified in the Service Agreement, the deliverables are deemed accepted.
3. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products and Services
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a digital product or service deliverable is faulty or not as described (e.g., corrupted file, missing content, significant errors making it unusable, materially different from the description), you are entitled to a remedy.
Our process:
- We will first offer to repair or replace the content (e.g., corrected file, alternative access link) free of charge, within a reasonable time.
- If repair or replacement is not possible or fails, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
To claim: Contact us promptly (ideally within 14–30 days of discovering the issue) with your order details, evidence of the issue (screenshots, error messages), and a description of the problem.
Refunds (if agreed) will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
4. Technical Issues
If you cannot download or access files due to a technical issue on our end (not your internet connection or device), we will re-send the files or provide alternative access at no extra cost. Contact us and we will resolve it.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase or engagement applies to that transaction.
