Subscriptions: No Refunds on Subscription Payments
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles.
Why No Refunds
Every course on the platform includes a free preview: selected lessons fully accessible without a subscription or credit card. The preview demonstrates the content quality, depth, teaching approach, and technical level of the course. It serves as your trial.
We encourage you to read the free preview before subscribing to ensure the training meets your expectations and learning goals.
Legal Basis
This policy is compliant with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37(1)(a). Digital content delivery begins immediately upon subscription activation, and you acknowledge this at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all paid content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to free-tier access, and you keep your progress and any assets you downloaded.
One-Time Product Purchases
Documentation products sold on this site are digital downloads delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel under Regulation 37(1)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You confirm this at checkout.
Because delivery is immediate and the content can be consumed in full on download, we do not offer refunds on one-time purchases. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected: if a product is defective, not as described, or you cannot download it, contact contact@ridgelinecyber.com with your order details and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid content for an extended period and we are unable to resolve it, contact training@ridgelinecyber.com and we will assess your situation individually.
